I look for people who affirm and challenge me, and whom I can affirm and challenge as well. I like relationships that are mutually beneficial. I have learned that I need to be around people who inspire me to be my best self - the smartest, kindest, most decent, dependable and hard-working me - I'm way too suggestible to hang with people who indulge my less-desirable traits (laziness, meanness, judgemental) so I tend to edit pretty carefully.
