It reminds me of Scout (minus Jem) going to the Agricultural Dance (?). Scout says, "I was to be a ham." — It doesn't fit this picture, but reminds me of that time and place.

I think that picture might be here in Los Osos California. I live right off of Highland and our paper is the tribune. Then again theres probably a lot of places with a tribune and a street called highland
