An excellent teacher and dear friend, with a delightfully warped sense of humor. I learned a great deal in her bellydance classes that I'm delighted to apply. Her support has made all the difference as I continue down this path. In short, she rawks.

bhrigha has been a patient teacher and a good friend...the orlando PURE group which she helped start and facilitate has been an interesting and surprisingly enjoyable avenue in my many paths of life...when she and greywolf leave florida, i will miss her...

It has been a pleasure knowing Bhrigha and her husband Greywolf. I first met her as a student and now have had the pleasure of working with them both. They are both creative and talented. Greywolf is a generous drummer as is Bhrigha a dancer. She is dedicated, ethical, and professional. We both share a passion and desire to preserve and express the art of this form of dance. I am honered to have been invited into their chapter of PURE as a co-facilitator. Mostly I'm honered to call them friends!!

I have literally watched this gorgeous woman (my wife!) talk a screech owl out of the trees to land not five feet away from her, trying to figure out what she was. I have watched repeatedly as she debuts new choreographies, astonished at her endless creativity: she's always breaking out something completely different, always fascinating and elegant! Our room has floor-to-ceiling standing stones and dolmens that she painted on the walls, complete with petroglyphs. I've seen her coax feral kittens into her hands and visited them in the homes she found for them. I can't count the number of time's we've drummed the sun up around a fire or brought the house down onstage. Knowing Bhrigha is an ongoing adventure and blessing!

I got to meet this wonderful person at the Gypsy Caravan workshop in Charleston, SC. She performed on both nights, and both nights I was totally mesmerized! She brings consistent energy and great skill to both the cabaret and tribal versions of this great dance - something I've only seen with a few people.
And she's hilarious at dinner too! :) She's definitely someone you want to "break bread" with.
So glad to have met you - hope our paths cross again soon!

That's right, I finally gave in to Facebook. If we've communicated here or if we've met in person, please add me: Bhrigha GypsiKelt. So far I'm trying to keep it to just people I know, have met, or have communicated with in some way, shape or form. :-). Don't worry - I'm not abandoning Tribe!

Greywolf got an 8-week old Malamute puppy! He is so freakin' cute & fuzzy! I'm not sure I'm ready for a puppy after just losing Bella, but hopefully he will help to get Sili to stop pestering Fionn so much and bring Fionn more out of his shell. ...
