Haven’t posted in forever..  ’Random photos.. (not all corrected yet for orientation).  ’Halloween, and some  pictures from a weekend at the beach with some poor cell-phone pictures of a kite in 30mph winds.  :) Â
I don’t post much, but if you hadn’t noticed, Danaher has made a tender-offer to buy out Tek.
Its difficult to say what this will really mean for Tek. Everybody has their own view, and then there’s the corporate Koolaid. One thing’s clear.. next year will be an interesting year… at least for as long as Danaher and I mutually agree to work together.
One somewhat nice thing, is part of the tender-off appears to include a clause to buy-out some non-vested shares employees have, up to a certain limit. So.. I’ll at least get a little bonus windfall to play with. (Or part with..  who knows).
