Hi! I have started to teach myself to hoop.
The last two days I have learned to walk forward, backward, sideways and to grapevine. I grapevine much easier to the right than I do to the left. I am right handed and I prefer to hoop to the left. I can also turn in the hoop but I am a little shaky on spinning in the hoop. My goal is to spend at least one hour a day practicing. I have the Hoopnotica DVD's. I plan on purchasing Hoopgirl's Dvd also.
