Ramblings From a Grumpy Old Man
I have failed as a vegetarian. I spent two months of last summer eating nothing but vegetarian food. I lost forty pounds in a month and a half and had major B-12 issues. So I am back to eating meat again. Oh well. This does not mean I have surrendered vegetarian cooking. On the contrary. We still have several vegetarian meals a week. I never eat meat for lunch. My doctor assured me that I have prevented a major stroke at an early age by doing this.

This is one of the generally nicest people I have ever had the delight of meeting, despite the fact that he's an Obama supporter. My grumbles about Obama have inspired him to start his own blog, which I very highly recommend, because he so eloquently disagrees with me.
