Every now and then, something reminds me why I moved away from the East Coast. I periodically wax nostalgic for New York City. Lately it's been when ordering tea from a cafe. In New York, I ask for a cup of tea and they stick a bag of Lipton into a paper cup, and I have a cup of tea!
