Believe it or not Happiness comes from thy Creator found in the morning dew From Sunrise to Sunset sogazing I have returned again..... What is this detachment they speak of ? Does this mean to not voice thy truth ? The way ones heart soars when loving another Is it a crime to love beyond limits ? What have we become when our divorce rate is 50% and the longest U.S. relationship average span is 3 years .... What happened to the old ways ? Grandmother and Grandfather together thru thick and thin bearing the children creating a vital family Even when your family member has hurt you,disappointed you or let you down .. Do you walk away ? Or do you love beyond limits ? For Giving one another mirroring compassion tired of the games we play as humans I profess I am here to love beyond limits Beyond boundaries And I have been tried too just like you I have been broken and torn apart Dream shattered in a million pieces And my heart is big And my mind is open as my sol accepts and emerges................................. Dear friends: Amidst the Holydays and Christmas DAZE... I temporarily misplaced my Lil' Red Phone Book December 23,2008. This book is VITAL to staying in touch with all my friends and family. As many of you know I do not have a cell. phone ,palm pilot or technical apparatus and am ol' skool in this way. So none of the contacts were saved in a cell.... Luckily I do have a photographic memory and my closest friends I do remember your digits. Send anyway. Please send strong prayers to the universe that my Lil' red phone book comes back to me safely and now. I am on my way home to visit my family for the holydays and have not been home in 4 years. A joy and a blessing to sit with His Holiness the Dalai Lama last weekend in the beautiful Pacific Northwest Rainbow Bridge did manifest as 1,000 cultures were represented in a Procession of the Cultures And a signifigant meeting between the Indigenous Elders and H.H the Dalai Lama was key Strong Medicine which opened many hearts and minds across great barriers and at the same time H.H. the Dalai Lama carries a teaching of the sword of transmutation and this teaching has touched my life The Pain is deep yet I trust in the transformation of my life,those around me,in my home,in all of my relationships,in my livelihood and onwards,inwards and upwards. Greetings friends: Happy Chinese New Year ! Happy Tibetan New Year ! I am continuing the prayers every day at waking time with the cedar and tobacco and every evening for all of our family,community and friends. Recently it has become quite challenging...for those of us who are ceremonialists.I have spoken with others who feel a bit funky about now. I pray to continue this good work and to help my family and community with the ceremonies and prayers. Yet it is taking everything in me to remain in North America at this time. I want to leave for along time and return to the sweet medicine and the Indigenous Tribes I work who live it 24/7. And I am praying to live it here in the US yet it is such a rat race and survivalness lately. I am in the midst of a deep spiritual iniation currently and a shedding of old skin.And a picking up and carrying of a new bundle that has been given to me. At this time I am asking for prayers,luv and support from family and friends. I am grateful for all of you and for the circle of the medicine. This year I will be conducting ceremonies and organizing a few benefits for my journey to Africa with the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers Project. And back to South America to continue my apprenticeship with my the Indigenous teachers and Elders I work with. ***I am seeking out event promoters,Djs,musicians,avatars,bodhisattvas and allies who would like to help organize a few large benefits and small bioregional ones to help with the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers Project. As well as prayers for the project and for myself that it be carried with the upmost integrity,truth,balance and love. And recently I feel like I am dying in the US almost being suffocated here. Greetings from the Universe impending By-Bernie Lo Greetings Earth People! We have arrived here from every sector of the Universe. Many of us come from what you call the Milky Way Galaxy and some travel from distant galaxies. We come here for the purposes of Universal Peace and to assist you in these troubled times so please, do not panic. We are here to inform you that Humankind was created for the grand design known as the “Universal Project.” This current epoch of human culture is not the only one that has ever exited here on your world. In the past, there had been several glorious civilizations on this planet, but regretfully fell before they were able to enter into the “Planetary Civilization.” They were overthrown due to the infiltration of opposing armies. However, you needn’t worry this time around because we are prepared to intercede on behalf of this sacred mission according to the decree of the Universal One. Though the evil forces are still rampant, this Decree can’t be defied! So please, relax your energies and do not panic, as we come with Great love. The training program here on Earth is very rigorous. If you should choose this method of spiritual growth your soul must be very strong indeed because the Earth’s frequency is not so easy for weak souls to exist in. Incarnating on Earth is one of the most effective trainings for the development of one’s soul but not all can complete the entire program and some even fail the first phase of training. You, as spiritual beings living on the Earth as men and women are warriors, since the Earth is a very special planetary school for spiritual training due to her unique environment. You can learn a great deal of things there. Yet, we have never seen in any other part of the Universe a situation like Earth where so many people here are disinterested in spiritual growth. You should truly feel grateful for the opportunity to come to Earth to study, and make significant contributions to her future development upon graduation from this Planetary School. Your special skills are in crucial demand now, as the Earth is in her ascension process towards a higher evolution. Always remember: You are Spiritual Beings. If you still don’t perceive your true purpose and mission here on Earth please educate yourself to that which transpires around you in the present and the approaching future. You shall be notified of occurrences either good or bad; that there may be clues to reveal what you have been assigned to engage in the future. We will alert you about incidents and with information to guide you towards certain directions, so always be attentive to the voices from your own heart, as this is your True Self. It matters not if other people should tell you to do something else. Heed their words only if you hear an “O.K.” from your own heart. If you are not accustomed to listening to this voice yet, you can try to do it for one or two days and observe how it unfolds. Your most important mission is to assist the Earth in completing her current stage of the ascension process. When this is accomplished you will graduate from this planetary school, and move onto another planetary school in order to explore new frontiers of civilization of your own interest. If you do not exert your best effort or are reluctant to help your mother planet, you fail your mission on Earth. In this regard, you risk returning to a low realm planet similar to Earth after your soul exits your body. The existence there will quite likely be very harsh due to it’s low frequency. Many of you were among us before and are known as “Light Workers” on Earth. Perhaps you are one of them and might have known or unknown your identity yet but you will soon discover your true identity. On Earth there are many so called “drifters” (drifters refer to those who choose to descend from planets of higher dimensions to lower dimensions to offer help to this planet and her people at their own free will although they can ascend to other higher dimensions instead). There are about 65 millions drifters on Earth now and you may be one of them. Hence, please be sure not to forget your mission on Earth. We truly understand that you may feel repugnant sometimes because the frequency of this planet is very low whist you originated from a planet of much higher density. However, please don’t worry. You are here because you have once determined to come with great hope. If you forget please be sure to recall your mission now and do not act like a lamb waiting to be slaughtered. We all know that your young generation dwells in a very unusual environment on Earth. They are anxious to search for answers but feel solitary than anytime before since they experience intense feelings of loneliness, alienation, and confusion in their hearts. Now they are at loss to make the right direction as the society has brought them to a cross section. We understand your young generation very well since we have been watching closely the social development on Earth and are attentive to their growing up. Hence, please don’t forget that we will help you when appropriate time comes. However, please don’t forget your mission whilst some intelligent, virtuous and intellectual people have awakened to understand their mission and gradually ascertain their reason and purpose on Earth. How is the future of the Earth? From now (2006) till 2012, it is a transition period for you. During this interval you will face a lot of challenges, such as aggravation of natural disasters and rampant wars. Terrorism and scattered battlefields are the main topics as the evil force on Earth intensifies. However, remember not to panic and conquer them with powerful weapons of light and love in your heart. Remember not to panic at any time because fear will only bring negative effects and consequence. We know that you have been searching for fundamental truth and justice and have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and are eager to gain love and understanding. However, you should know that justice and devil coexist on the path of cosmic truth. Therefore basis your “Free Will” you have to communicate with your inner higher self in your heart for higher levels of consciousness to conquer the evil force courageously. Remember that evil force does not simply mean war and violence commonly known to you and can also attack you with wrong desires and deviant thoughts in your mind causing you to do something wrong. If it is a minor fault you should correct it at once. Remember you will be transformed into a new breed of humanity having a “photonic body” illuminating new lights. In 2009 one major catastrophe will occur on Earth, not on global basis but will take place on one main continent and the destruction is caused by water. At the same time an epidemic will run rampant again with a new species of Avian Flu virus ravaging the world leading to disastrous results. Although it is something that we don’t want it to happen it is however an essential process of detoxifying the Earth since humankind will never awaken till the last moment and the war and violence on Earth will remain. Only when you realize the importance and the power of the Wholeness of Life and Love you would then understand what we are doing is meaningful. As you already known violent incidents recur on Earth frequently and you should halt and ponder what have you done? Remember to seek the answer from your heart. Of course, God will not allow humanity be self-destructed and vanished from the Earth this time otherwise we would not have maintained close contact with you. It is because of a great plan called “Universal Project” to bring joys to you. We have taken precautions to intervene anytime by means of supernatural power and will uncloak and reveal ourselves to you if peace on Earth is at threat. Please don’t worry, China - this country has been chosen by God due to her special historical identity. Just like what your history has said China is a sleeping lion going to awake. What do you seek ...seeker a time to heal a time to breathe a time to be listened too ? Rage unfolds for me today as I see my brothers and sisters continuing to hurt themselves and others Compassion unfolds for me as I see all of our sicnesses revealed in the collective consciousness. Is healing what you seek? or a temporary numbness I have had the honor to circle with many of you around the fire of life speaking our prayers as Creator listened and shed light upon our shadows And many of you i see you and hear your prayers yet one thing is different you come into the lodge and pray from your heart and go right back out and do the same thing over and over a cycle of abuse None of us are perfect here and we are still learning. To let you know today and from now on please do not waste my time,your time ,the Elders time or our communities time any longer.
