I met T thru another friend from Tribe. How lucky am I to have met two great people thru this venue.
Its great knowing someone who inspires you to be better rather than discourage your dreams, hopes, desires.
It is hard enough in this world to navigate your way on your own. So, its nice when you stumble across someone who lends you a hand, gives you a head up, and sends you on your way better off than they found you.
She does all this and still manages to look good too.

Just days after a principal was shot in Wisconsin, a shooting took place at a one -room Amish school in Lancaster County , PA. Also a high school and elementary school in Las Vegas, NV are on lock down because of a sighting of a teen gunman.
What is going on????

Today marks the 5th anniversary of 9/11. I’ve been debating whether or not I should actually write something today or not. I’ve been hesitant about writing today because I didn’t want to dredge up any old memories that took me nearly 5 years to finally get under control. But then again, we must not forget what happened that Tuesday morning five years ago. It would change us all forever.

Ok. So I just got back in from a day of trendspotting in SoHo, a fashion show at a midtown club, and a friend’s birthday party…it’s been a long long day. All and all it has been a good day. Spent some time with my kid sis and a few friends. The only bad part of the day was the fashion show.
