After three going on four years in NYC I finally have my own place with my name on a lease. It's in the east village near ave B. I have taken a raw space and with the help of Chris M and Paul Shy have turned it into a studio/store in the front and a great apt in the back. There is a cute courtyard in the back to grow some flowers and veggies too.
I continue to make a living with my hands and have with the help of LeoHerrera.com created two online stores. Check out www.etsy.com/shop.php Since I have been seeing a lovely woman for about a year now I will also mention the love I have for Megan. She has been such an influence on me (not all of it good i can tell you!) Mostly good though. I don't check this site much. I am on facebook more often.
