Invocation

I begin my studio classes with this chant. Listen to it here:
www.youtube.com/watch

Om Namah Shivaya Gurave
Saccidananda - Murtaye
Nishprapanchaya - Shantaya
Niralambaya Tejase

I bow to the goodness within myself, who is the true teacher.
I am a being residing in a state of truth, consciousness and bliss.
Always present and full of peace,
This essence inside is completely free, and
I am radiant and joyful, regardless of external circumstances, because of this knowing.
