Yoga Vinyasa
A heart-centered, vigorous, slow-flow style of yoga taught to the rhythms of soulful music and elemental breath in a room heated to 85 degrees. This practice cultivates core strength, flexibility of body and mind, vitality and contentment.Warming flows of linked postures and conscious breath are blended with mindfulness practices and bio-mechanically precise alignment instruction.

In this class we practice safe yoga postures, gentle movement, and breathing exercises to develop strength and flexibility and to allow deep relaxation to occur.
It is appropriate for anyone who wants to reduce stress, and is ideal for older students and for those who are struggling with a chronic illness or injury which limits their ability to participate in a more vigorous yoga practice.
The approach is eminently gentle and nurturing.
