The best way to insult Bob is to define him as normal, or natural, although he might not realize he's both ;-) but he's certainly anything but standard, which you will find out soon enough.
A very extravert, talkative, warm and compassionate person, with a strong focus on respect and honesty, towards himself and towards others. And my biggest example of how to be yourself, who- or whatever you turn out to be.
I am very happy to have met him, he has taught me so much. I feel very at home with him and I'm very glad we can support each other and cheer each other on through difficult times.
