Bombshell Betty has great legs, a georgous Face and beautiful presence.
But aside from the obvious attributes of her glorious exterior,
I have a deep respect and admiration for what she has accomplished for herself and many women who have been lucky enough to come in contact with her.
For here is a woman who set out with a goal and has made great strides; she has given the gift to many many women, of confidence & self esteem through the art of Burlesque and Pin-up. She has entertained the masses and encouraged others to do so, raised social awareness, given to charity and has had a wacky good time along the way.
Way to Bring the Light, Lovely Lady.

Anywhere there's smoke, there's fire - and there's always smoke billowing around Betty hovering in a great lazy cloud above her combustible sensuality. If you get the honor to meet her, don't wear anything polyester that you don't want to have proximity melted. Only leather, PVC, and rubber will do boys. Watch the rope burn, and oh, bring an extinguisher - just in case. Mmmmmmm. Perfect.

So I was setting up a staged class for a video shoot for a local SF bay area TV station and I get an e-mail from the SF Weekly and they wanted to come do a shoot too but they were kind of vague about why they wanted to come. I thought, "Why not have them both come at the same time?" Today I found out that I won "Best Aerobics Alternative (2008)". :)

about me
Raised on the beaches of sunny Santa Barbara, California, I was bitten by the travel bug at the tender age of 16 and promptly left home in search of lust and adventure. I found them in spades during my gypsy-like wanderings across North America and beyond. Taking to the burlesque stage in 2000, I finally came into my own. I toured across the US, Canada, and Europe, until finally landing in San Francisco in the winter of 2003. Always restless and looking for new experiences, I have been strutting my stuff across stages around town as well as working on new and unusual burlesque projects. I started teaching the very popular "Burlesquercise!" dance classes in San Francisco and Oakland in March 2004. In addition to my solo performances, I frequently perform with an ever-changing ensemble of my students, "Bombshell Betty’s Debut-Taunts." As my alter ego, Dollface, I am one half of the outrageous clown burlesque duo, "Twist My Balloons!" Stay tuned for more wild adventures and wacky antics!
