Im Raising a teenage daughter and loving it! The good the bad and the occasional pimple!!
Im an Artist in pursuit of Art. A performer in pursuit of Performance. I love to see projects come together. I love to sing and dance and act, make costumes, build props and sets, I love to conceptualize, conspire and create. I love to direct and watch my fellow performers grow and realize their talents. When it is all said and done I love the applause and knowing that I brought a smile to a face, touched someones heart or soul or made them laugh.
I love my Family and my Creative Community and I look forward what the future may bring.
So most of you know me as Jessica....Bonita: Its really my first name. Not being pretentious or vain.
I decided to try it on after my parents passed a few years ago. Sometimes I'll even answer to it.
I seek to find the balance between creativity and practical survival.
I work in Wine Country and putter on towards my goals.
I own my own company, I.K. Bonita! Hair flowers and junk.
I teach Belly Dance classes to Teenagers and Women at Dance Unlimited, in Vallejo.
I garden and grow veggies, I recycle. I want to do good things for the World.
want to see an end to War and Famine and Hatred on this earth before its my time to leave it.
I aspire to drive a Hybrid car.
I pray for world peace.
Im learning to meditate and raise the vibration.

I may only echo the thoughts of others before this. I may seem neglectful of writing this before now. I may only know a little....for a little is all I know. But, what I do know is warm, comforting, and genuine about you my dear.
If I could have ever been blessed with a little sister, you would be my choice. You were my choice to stand by my side when I married Mark, I couldn't have done it with out your help....and how beautiful you looked that day. How proud I was to have you there with us!
You represent so many things in this world to so many people. I feel blessed to be one of them. A Lady, Mommy-goddess, Hard worker, True friend, Counselor, Mediator, Director, Creator of many things.
You I look up to and feel inspired.
You are my chosen family. Thank you with all my heart.

Jessica is a shining star. Every time I see her, she brightens my day! She's a wonderful person, caring and sensitive, a great mom, lovely dancer and singer and so much more. I'm very grateful to know her and call her my friend. ------<--<<@

Jessica is that girl that you see and you go...Damn! she is so cute! And you think to yourself..What I wouldn't give to know someone like that. And then she notices that you're watching her and she comes over and either a)hits you for staring or b)introduces herself and then you think to yourself. Wow. She is so cool. I mean, she's amazing!
The first time I saw her, she was a blind/deaf/off-and-on mute with a hangnail. She's amazing, and adorable, and I consider myself so lucky that I know her.

jessica is a truly giving and loving person. she has made great sacrifices in her life for her family, to keep it together, to all eat on a buck, to keep everyone as sane as possible. she is amazingly strong, creative and resourceful. she's one of those people who will give you the shirt off her back, and cook you dinner too.
she is the kind of person who you can truly lay your problems on -- she'll help you analyze how you really feel and how you can grow.
jess is just plain, an amazing and beautiful person and i appreciate her more than words can tell. :-)

So today, it was humid, hot as hell with hot breeze blowing with great tenacity through Oakville. The minute you stepped outside you began to perspire. I think I turned three shades darker from just the drive home. But today was an experience in nature at Mondavi.
Over the past couple of weeks a bird has been nesting in a planter outside of the gift shop.
The Gardner had let the birdie stay and nest, and over the weekend she had hatched four hungry chirping mouths.
