I like Justin Boreta alot, and I'm not afraid to say it. He's a big part of why I am so cool. He's my friend on tribe. That makes me cooler than many. I even have his phone number and sometimes when I call he answers and we talk. That's really cool. And this one time we drove a sausage wagon all the way to montana and back. That made us really really cool. He likes to play music on unstable row boats with small unreliable generators that are ominously top heavy with self powered mackeys. We even went swimming in a river or two and I got to see him in his underwear. That ruled. I love that guy. Stay true to the music my friend. You got skills. Luv ya'

so in tel aviv, you aren't supposed to light fires after sundown on sabbath.
Therefore, you put a bunch of grains and meat and honey and oil in a pot with spices, and light the fire beneath it in the afternoon... then you drink mad liquor and party your ass off all night and in the early afternoon when you finally roll over and sit up, the pot of hell of slow cooked magnificence is ready.

Honestly, it looks foreboding. Intimidating. Possibly much stronger than you and it definitely is an undescribable blend of things you cannot quite identify ,but as you begin to dig in it provides layer upon layer of substantial goodness in ways you had never anticipated.

I think that this is a pretty good analogy for boreta.
