Excerpt from Shot in the Arm by Sharon Riguzzi
Recognize just how powerful our words can be, either to a positive or negative effect.
No matter what messages we might have received in life, if you hear a little inner voice trying to shout, "I’ve always wanted to ____________," listen to it! Even if it doesn’t work out, your are never worse off than you were when you were just wondering.
So many of us have gifts that we’ve never taken the time to explore, be it a comment someone onc...

It is the official time of year when I start to get really excited. I know it is still 36 days away, but now is the time when I get to order and organize all the games, the prizes, pull out my bunk decor, shop for some more bunk decor ;) talk to the camp staff and make contact with all the campers.
This camp means so much to me personally because I did not go to camp as a child. I am guessing that camp as an adult is way better than it would have been as a child because I have control o...

I told Brandy that I'd been thinking about a testimonial for her for several months....it's true!!! But I also knew she'd be mulling that over in her brain!!!! muaaa ha ha
I really admire Brandy. For someone SOOO young (ok, she's just a tad younger than me), she really has her act together. I admire her business sense and her ability to push a troupe ever-forward. It's not something I could do. She is doing so much work to promote and educate people about bellydance in our area. She wears many hats. She's also human and down-to-earth.
I'm delighted after years of seeing her in the dance community, that I now dance regularly with her. Trips and camps with her are especially fun and rewarding. In the end, I'm very glad our paths have crossed and are now running side by side.
And I'm glad she was there for the hookah @ Starbucks adventure!

What an inspiring teacher and performer! I learn so much from Brandy, there is always something new to learn from her and I take everything she teaches and shares to heart and soul... I hope to continue to do so for a loooooooong time...She is also one hot lady too, I hope everyone goes out to see her perform because it would be a shame to miss out watching her and also watching the whole troupe do that thang they do man!! JUST GO! DO IT! hehehe ;) *Hugs to ya Brandy*

Brandy B! What a charismatic dancer! She takes the stage and keeps the audience with her. And her ability with a sword is something to see! And don't forget the fire tray- WOW.
I was so pleased to be able to share the stage with her at Stratos, and am honored to know her. She is kind, hilarious, and treats people with an incredible amount of respect. An awesome lady, an awesome dancer. : )

I have known and danced with Brandy for years. I was her Tribal Sister in Desert Dancers and I was one of her teachers oh so long ago! Brandy has gone far beyond anything we dreamed of when all of this was started. I tip my hat to you dear one and am cheering you from a-far. Keep following your dreams and you will be a happy person for it.

Where do I start. I have to say that everything I know - I learned from her. She is great at what she does, and all of us troupe sisters love her. It is going to be hard to leave this troupe, and her - but know this.... We will always have Lubbock (Bee Pee - ha ha inside joke)... and I don't know that I will ever look at an ice cream scoop the same way, or at least when I do I will be thinking of the way she breaks down the arabic.
Thank you B for teaching me all I know, I am the bellydancer I am today due to you.
