Hi friends, I have had a request for my humous recipe so I thought I'd post it here so everybody can have it.

3 1/2 cups cooked drained chickpeas (5 cans makes 2 batches)
3-4 cloves garlic (or 3 tsp crushed garlic)(roasted garlic is also very good)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt (my secret ingredient!)
3/4 cup tahini
2 tsp ground cumin (or a bit more to taste)
2 tsp salt
