We're playing this Monday the 11th at the Lamplighter - we're on first, at around 10pm (so no need to be tired the next morning for work!). Shit's been a little crazy lately.
In that breathing-from-the-top-1/3-of-your-chest sorta way
High output, getting shit done
which of course is the prime directive
of my deeply embedded protestant work ethic
which somehow got flipped
in the service of revolution somewhere along the way

I'm a sensie boy with a big heart but also a take-no-shit warrior flipside as well. I translate the world through my piscean emotions for the most part, which is both my strength and my kryptonite.
Music - I'm all about the music, I surround myself with it all the time, make it, love it.
I'm concerned about the state of the world and trying to do something about it without burning myself out or succumbing to cynicism and negativity. At times too serious, forsure, but also extremely goofy once you get to know me. I've got a beautiful and hilarious five-year-old son and I've hooked up with my soulmate, so I'm all sorted as far as that goes.
I've really been getting into vipassana meditation, inspired by my teacher Noah Levine ( dharmapunx.com ), and I'm part of a local sitting group called DIY Dharma.
