Check the Crystal Ball

Tonight I travel to BATS to support and watch the show Warp Speed : An Improvised Trek. www.batsimprov.org/shows/warpspeed.htm

This show used to be called Star Trekin, but was directed by someone else. I never saw that show…' but I will get to see this show. Since I did not see the previous show, I will not be able to comment on the differences between the two. However, I will write a full comparison review between Warp Speed and something else. What do you ask?

Turn in tomorrow to find out!

Tonight Amber’s show opens up, “Abbreviated Enlightenment” at 10:30pm.
www.lilatheatre.org/shows.html

Shall we show up en-mass and give the opening night support? Keep in mind that next week is also the opening of Harry Potter, a wild night of swing dancing, and the coming of the apocalypse*.

* Sure the apocalypse is coming, but the four horsemen are really just heading down to Union Square to get their hair done, do a little shopping (ooo, the sales!) and maybe catch a little action. Of course, we all know that the 3rd horseman is in love with the 1st horseman. But the 1st horseman is a complete ass and care nothing for anyone but himself, even if he was interested in returning the affection. In the end, all horsemen, and their steeds, will be drunk out of their minds (and it takes a lot to get an immortal icon drunk). The next morning they will limp away taking the apocalypse with them asking mankind “if we could just keep it down a little.”

If work goes well and the Un-Scripted flyer gets to press, I found the idea of watching a movie on a moving bus a bit interesting. themoviebus.tribe.net/

So, the Fifth Element? Anyone else curious about the Movie Bus? Of course, not the type of gig for the motion sick prone!

Comment if you think this might be up your alley.

Show: THE FIFTH ELEMENT

I am sure that you have heard by now, but if not, then you now know that your future holds swing dancing! No experience required. Alex and I will be there at 7:30 so that we can get our own lesson in, then it is dancing into the night.

Of course, if you know how to swing already, then just come at 9:00 when the floor is open for all.

WHEN: Saturday November 19th – Come for the 7:30 lesson! Stay till 12:00 for dancing…''''

WHERE: The Doghouse (ie: Rhythm and motion dance studio on 7th and mission in SF)

HOW: Just put on your dancing shoes and come to the lesson…''''
or if you have danced before and don’t want the lesson come at 9:00

WHO: YOU! And, anyone you’d like to bring.

Tribes blogging looks so fun, I decided to start doing it myself as well. Although, the concept of only putting down what has already come to pass bores me a little. In my blog, I will tell the future as well! Predictions galore will a-happen here.

I could tell you all how I made my way to Mission Cliffs today and climbed a 3 story rock face ( www.touchstoneclimbing.com/mc_tour.html ), but I could also tell you how I plan on heading to the YMCA in the Presido tonight to sign up for a membership. That is, if it is better looking inside than the Club One I visited on Fillmore earlier.

Oh, you beg me to stop! Don’t break the rules of time? Well, I defy thee!
