I play percussion in a Middle Eastern band "Al-Arwah" and a Celtic fusion band called "Crescent and Shamrock. "
Those things and my family keep me plenty busy.

Jennifer had just gotten a small, battery powered amp earlier in the week. Fortunately, the stage had a power cord to it, so we did not test out the battery life of the thing. For such a small amp, it filled the area with plenty of sound.

A few weeks ago I had to make the difficult decision to put down my 18yo cat, Balki. He was in progressing kidney failure and was developing severe arthritis. I made the decision to end it before his health got really bad.
My lovely wife asked if we could start looking at kittens. Although a little reluctant, I went with her to Alley Cat Pets in the Vancouver Mall. They had some black-and-white mixed breed kittens and a couple of tabbys. When we got there in the evening, there was one fem...

Saturday evening Jen and I went to Mummy's for their First Saturday dance party. This is for new and inexperienced dancers. Jen and I were there for New Year's and it seemed like a good place for ...
