I am 8 days into my 10+ day master cleanse fast. I have started to feel the murky weakness more often. Goodbye grey goo toxins. My internal patterns are gelatinous, and I realign them to the sovereign integral. I practice being from the heart.

I thought it would be difficult to work full time and do this, but now I am grateful. I keep very busy, and with little time for introspection. Today I will do some yoga, and meditate. It's time to sort myself out.
