I always think this tribe picture of you in a fluffy coat illuminated in a somewhat fluorescent manner to be - perfect. You said to me a while ago that you may not be as interesting as I think. In fact, the plateaus where I think "all has gone quiet with Bruce" is in fact often a slow quiet path to the next eruption of pure and humourful genius. I totally applaud the way you operate - and appreciate the non-interesting seeming times as the disguises they really are.
I think it is a pure miracle we have found each other and after a somewhat truncated year in and out of each others company it is interesting enough to see where all the many paths of exploration are leading - and to take turns basking in each others reflected brilliance. Happy anniversary. December 11, 2006
Kathy and Bruce are two uterly special giving people. It's been an absolute honor getting to know them, how wonderful life is when you can make such great new friends! Blessed are those whose path crosses hearts with theirs.

The Messiah of the south!
Bruce is an awesome guy and we entrust to him the fires of the south. Lead them to the fires Bruce. Show them how they burn. Show them the spark, Sow them the flame. And in the North We'll do the same. June 14, 2004
bruce, in a world of people crowing on about how other people are 'unique' is truly unique. Even in a crowd of 'unique' folks he stands out as unique. Also, he rocked the house out with the f(ph)at orange zip ties.
He is my brother and I love him.

I read recently a friend's blog where he listed with remorse the activities of the current conservative government and how he felt ashamed to be a New Zealander.

http://207.210.219.115/blog/?p=850 This struck a chord with me, not because I agreed 100% with his disputes with the govt's activities, but because I also, particularly during the presidency of George Bush, felt ashamed to be an American. Which suggests to me that we have a systems problem here that is larger than the govt ... read more
I was watching What the Bleep the other day... one of the interviewees who mentally creates his own reality each morning said that he always includes a request for something to come up to show him that this is happening, some kind of synchronistic sign that he himself is the man behind the curtain.

Let me tell you a story. In the early nineties there were three very bright but countercultural, misanthropic, cynical slackers in San Francisco. Much of their interaction involved talking a... read more
So I just listened to the voice recorder and was amazed at the similarity between the vision I had described there, which occured at kiwiburn, and the vision I had while at this weekend meditation.

Lowest common denominator information we can take from this is that this is a recurrent pattern in my brain that I was not so aware of previously In the meditation workshop I had a vision of Thoth, Ibis-headed god of the Egyptians (a major spiritual sponsor of the event.) Thoth had his lo... read more
I did something called "healer camp," which was meant to be a theme camp but ended up more an installation, sort of. The idea was to provide a place for people to focus the already very present spiritual energy there.

I used some bamboo that I cut a few months before to build a simple pyramid structure, same proportions as the great pyramid in giza. I put my orgonite energy cleansing devices at each of the 5 corners, and had some of that white camo tarp with fractal hole patterns in it.... read more
Recently my spiritual state seems to have entered a new phase. I was doing kinesiology ala perelandra for a while and getting good guidance, but then I stopped getting clear answers. What's Up on Planet Earth, which I was following for a while, meandered into repetitiveness while saying things like, we are the guides now. You've bumped up a level. No more need for meditation-- you are already there. While I called for and felt very guided and supported during the construction of the merk...

Re: The Bungee Dome
(in Geodesic Design Group)
Hmmm, yeah, this has promise, if you are in an environment where bungees an steel rings are cheap and readily available. Would be a bit of a problem here in New Zealand.
