Koi need lots of space and shaded areas. Koi need warmth so the deeper the better. Can not feed them when it is cold their digestive system shuts down. I have seen some in a casket-sized indoor tank but they seemed a bit cramped.
Gin Rin are my favorite because they are most reflective in sunlight. |

*chuckles* my sons were trying to convince me they needed a koi pond in the basement play-room. i was not a fan of that idea. but i do love my aquariums :) |
