It's about time to change the oil in my car, and renew my insurance policy.  I'm sure that when they change my oil they're going to come up with a bunch of things that now need repairs.  There's a few hundred down the toilet.



It is time to say "fuck this."



I HATE cars.  How many times have I written on this blog about how CARS ARE THE DEVIL?



I can't afford to sink any more of my hard-earned money into that car.  And, I don't want to.  I need my money. 



Imagine if I took what I put into the pumps and gave it to Wildlands Restoration volunteers, or invested in a good ethical company.  I'm not saying I'd do that with all the money I'd save, but  imagine if I did that with some of it?  I'd feel so much better about the way I was living.  I'd be doing better, physically and financially. Probably spiritually as well.  Every time I put gas in my car this lady seems to shake her head in dismay.  And that just aint cool. 



I'm not saying everyone should get rid of their cars. Only that I believe I need to.  It feels inconsistent with what I believe in to keep throwing money at the oil companies when I don't have to. 



So I'm getting rid of this car. 



I'm going to look into getting a neighborhood eco pass.   Please let me know if you want to get involved in this.  It would mean cheap bussing for all of us. 



Also, the New Belgium Brewing company apparently has some kind of program where you can trade in your car for a bike.  troublesturm told me about this.  I'm going to have to look into it.  I hope it's not too good to be true.  But even if it is, I can get a couple hundred bucks from junking the car...and use it to buy a bike. 



I've been saying that I was going to do this for forever, but I mean it this time.

3). If you LOSE the game, you must tell everyone that you lost the game.



4). Once you tell everyone, they have 30 minutes to forget about the game. If they don't forget, they all lose the game.



In case you were wondering, you CAN'T win this game. So the objective is to make as many people lose as possible.

I have been wasting time reserved for writing by downloading a ton of music.  I have realized that a lot of the songs I've been blasting in my car are on the same CD.  I love it when that happens!

Can you make water?  Like, if you had some hydrogen, and some oxygen, is there a way to smoosh it together and make water?
