I work as a craniosacral therapist and shiatsu practitioner. I'm a trained chi kung teacher & have completed a foundation in Dance Movement Therapy at Goldsmiths University. I love researching how the human body works and moves.
I belong to a whirling dervish group in London and I whirl every week. I also dance ATS, taking classes with Moirai in London.

I have a passion for travelling especially in India and central Asia. I love high mountain routes and I have cycled the Karakoram Highway thro Northern Pakistan over into Kashgar, China, which was part of the old silk road route. It is jaw droppingly beautiful in that part of the world. I've also pedalled thro Morocco ( in the High Atlas mountains), Senegal - totally flat and very hot, Ecquador and Poland. I spent the Christmas before last in a Tibetan monastry up in the Himalayas on the border of Bhutan and Tibet. I didn't cycle up there as it's difficult to get to, I was on my own and it was very very cold.
