Brain Droppings

Everyone please stop saying "rad"

Seriously, it's not 1981 anymore. Also to the English woman in the purple nylon jumpsuit with all the zippers at my job today... same thing to you.

If you keep this up I will be forced to dust off an anachronistic term of my own, like hepcat or swell.

I think you should definitely start using "hepcat." What does that even mean?

I for one, plan to bring back the terms, "ginchy" and "nogoodnik."

Rad seems to be a SoCal thing too....I've noticed folks from SoCal seem to be more inclined to use Rad....

Yes, but I notice certain people have adopted it here, too all of a sudden, and that just seems silly.

lo siento...
Can't help but use "rad."

From Cali, living in NOLA, I just can't stop it. Hardwired. For what it's worth, I only use it occasionally.

Definitely overkill with saying "dope," "fresh" and "killer" though.

At least I don't use any Snoopisms.
