What can I say about Amanda? This lady is not only beautiful, she's caring, happy, and intelligent. We met at the faire a few times before finally having a conversation. As soon as we started talking I felt a bond of friendship form. She and I (and our friend Andrea) are "faire friends", meaning we meet up at Renaissance faires from time to time and spend the day emjoying ourselves. Amanda is carefree and, as far as I can tell, can talk to anyone at any time. This makes her the perfect faire companion. I haven't know her long, but I admire her for her free spirit, spontaneity and honesty.

I love to pretend I am not shy, ha ha ha. I just want to have lots of drama free fun. My motto is The More The Merrier! Although when I see someone upset, I tend to get upset too. I'm one of those people that hates it when others are hurting and upset, and want to do whatever possible to make them smile again. Other things I love; living where I live, family, cake with lots of frosting,changing my hair color, I am OBSESSED with beating Zelda for the Wii right now, holiday decor that makes noise or lights up, a hot dog and beer out of a plastic bottle at a Warriors game, Ruthuford Grill, Uva's, Bridgy B., Target, and Guisepe Paulino aka. The Yellow Na Na!

So I normally don't post these things but I did something really cool today. I took my Dad, an Air Force veteran, on a flight in a WW2 B-17. This was my second flight and his first. Flying in this plane has been one of the most amazing experiences. The plane looks just the same as it would have in WW2 with the exception of a few jump seats they put in for the tourists (in the war my dad told me the crew that didn't have seats like the side gunners just sat on the ground).
