Something I just whipped up that turned out really good..

Marinade:
Honey
Nama Shoyu
Sesame Oil
Cayenne
Garlic
Ginger
Scallions
Cilantro
Lemon Juice

In a bowl I added:
chopped Bok Choy
watercress
purple cabbage
Raddichio
chives
carrots
Bean Sprouts
Sesame Seeds
Enoki Mushrooms

I poured the marinade over the veggies and let it sit for a couple of hours, turning it a couple of times. It was awesome! :O)
