You are such a damn fine dancer that you actually make me like watching Tribal! And you have got to be one of the most organized and thorough teachers I have ever seen. I feel lucky to have you as a colleague, mentor, and friend!

This woman has a very strong presence. Beautiful does not give justice to her dance, because it is so much more than beautiful. If you have not seen her dance, you are missing out on a very powerful and breathtaking art form. I love to see this woman smile and I enjoy sharing the dance floor with her.

www.youtube.com/watch so now there's a big hype that these guys violated the UO's agreement with Disney and misused the image of Donald Duck. But come on, it's too fun! And anyway. the video's gone viral now, they'll never stop it. I hope these dudes get a record contract. 
Hiked to the top of South Sister this weekend. It's been 19 years since I last did that hike, and it was harder this time, for sure. Tired legs,and even a bit dizzy from the altitude. From the summit (10,400 ft) you can see mountains from Washington to California. It's pretty awe-inspiring, and makes one feel sort of small.

This is going to be a fun summer. I'm hosting my own sword intensive at my own studio in my own town. I just love having my own beautiful space, I can do whatever I want!
