Dear Friend of Cafe Flore,

I apologize for having to contact you via this impersonal method, but I have recently become informed of an issue that is of pressing and timely concern.

At one point in the not too distant past, you joined with me and nearly 2,500 others by adding your name to a petition in support of Cafe Flore in its request for equal treatment to other Castro District businesses, and your vote isn't going to be counted. It turns out that signatures" aren't enough, and "the reasons why you support Flore" are needed too.

What is more, now a small yet vocal group of neighbors are waging battle to restrict Cafe Flore’s hours of operation to midnight.

Please take a moment, and join me again, by going to savecafeflore.com.
After a reasoned look at the situation for yourself, I am sure that you will agree to join me again in support of Cafe Flore by filling out the write-in fields of the letter at savecafeflore.com. It's easy. Just write about why you like Café Flore, or tell a story about a special visit that you remember.
