Jesus...
Do you think he's really going to be happy to see all the crucifixs when he comes back? That would wig me out...

agreement! i recently was told by a christian that they couldn't hang out with people who didn't beleive Jesus was the ONLY way and when i told him it might be possible that Jesus might not even think he is the only way...(heaven/enlightenment) it was very upsetting to this person. the programming is deep.

Jesus was a Pagan!
Ha! We must be on similar waves this week! I wrote this comment on a blog as a reply to a friend of mine....
gypsy noir said... oh my friend john ..of course his wife knows nothing of this as her father is a bishop..hes a white witch..yikes!.. Alecia said... Interesting that you bring this up Gypsy. Here's a thought for the day... I know a number of 'bishops' who have a deep respect for people of all beliefs. Although throughout history 'Christianity' is thought to be different. Christ's teachings were partially corrupted during the time of Constantine, in which the Nician council was formed to establish a written doctrine called the Holy Bible. This council was formed for political reasons, which has passed down a legacy of fear and control agenda. It was the original intent of Christ's teaching to put all judgments aside and live by the highest intelligence of love. The way I see Christ, he was more like a pagan in his own time than how 'Christians' are thought of today. Fortunately there are many (Christians) who believe that Christ was a God conscious being who practice His teachings in the purest way they can. To do that requires discernment, which one learns by living the higher intelligence of the heart. Consider that the only 'commandment' given by Christ was to love God and thy neighbor as thyself. By understanding what love is - which is without limits you live with a deep connection with all of life, hence the tie to what is thought to be 'pagan' today. |

Ash Wednesday
Today is a day where Jesus could certainly use a helping hand from the star-seeds of today. From what I understand today is to represent a sacrifice of a personal nature to remind the individual of the sacrifice Jesus made by 'dying for us'. In a matter of perspective Jesus didn't die for us, or anyone for that matter, his death was the final step in the transition from the illusionary dream field of the story he created his own life to be in the physical plane into the higher realms that be which consists of a reality in it's own which he returns from later, hinting at the idea that there is something more, some existence after death. It's a day of pain and confusion for me to hear people stating they will give up chocolate, candy, sex, or some insignificant 'great sacrifice' of their own to remember. If Jesus was here to teach anything it's to do what you love and love what you do, loving what you do only makes you feel alive, and life is what should be celebrated leaving the true sacrifice being humble and giving toward those less fortunate in alignment with the greatest good for all humanity, and Christianity has seemed to overlook that message.
Christianity has been handing out broken flashlights in the dark for decades as to what the true teachings were, and it's up to the dreamers, artists, healers, visionaries to have the courage to ignite the divine fire within and shine the internal light of the beloved within our own consciousness into our surrounding environment to be the beacon for which we all are capable of being. Every one of us shares a unique and different aspect of the divine and through the use of our gifts we shine the healing light of Source, Christ, God, and the miracle of the day could be in a gift given long ago. It was Jesus who told the people this perspective on taxes when asked about his opinion on how people are being taxed, 'I would say give back to Cesar what is Cesar's, and give back to god what is god's' So where he asked his opinion on taxes today would he not have a similar remark, 'give back to the president, give back to queen Elizabeth, give back to the mint, what is the ...... and give back to god what is god's'. When using the term Namaste, it's meaning is to recognize the divine within me bows and acknowledges the divine within you, so God has granted us each gifts, and using the aspect of Namaste, when we give our gift we are giving back to god what is god's' Blessings to you all, children of divine light. ~O~ Namaste |

I'm a Christian, but not that kind of Christian
I've read most of your comments & I, unfortunately have to agree with some of you. Jesus might as well have been a pagan in his time because he sure got treat like one!! I personally can't stand the way people who claim to be in Christ treat each other & outsiders. It truly makes me sick. The way people get stuck on a system & a style is one of many the reasons I left my church & found my wonderful home church where I can finally breathe at last. I know most of you aren't believers like I am, but you still have my LOVE because that's what a true Christian sister is supposed to do, give & live by- LOVE!!
