Taaj is my mentor and more importantly, my friend. Now that I've "left the nest", I am constantly amazed by the sheer amount of information and tools I have gained through her tutelage - both as a dancer and as a professional. Her insight on bellydance business matters is profound, and I'm grateful to have her as a sounding board. As a tour guide/facilitator in Egypt, WE got special treatment from the local Cairenes, just because we were with Taaj. As a teacher, she is incredibly generous with her time and insight into dance technique and gives her students what they need on an individual basis. Best of all, she has a wicked sense of humour and a smile that lights up the room!

Taaj delivers the ultimate gift to her students - the tools you need to grow towards personal goals. I have never met anyone more giving of themselves, their personal and professional knowledge as well as their dedication and passion. Her dancing inspires; her teaching informs.
