Soul change soul growth...
a name change has been on my mind as eye have been shifting lately due to so many beautiful blessed soul friends!
Alice was my given name. a possible spelling change to soften the "ice" Alis
it softens it to all is... beauty, joy, dark, light, becoming balanced blessed oneness...
yet AH has been on my mind from Fey's posting on 11:11:11 on 11/11/05.
and so AH a sound of the heart, where eye try to spiral into and balance myself centered in love. As eye change, morph, evolve into the Awh of life maybe Ahlis?! but more truely Awh... Ah listen.

be the silence
be the calm
focus. be the ah the spark of AH within... be it tara, buddah or a diety without the ah within the name
BE AH
listen to the breath
breathing in the silence
bringing streangth into my body
feeling my powerful energy
my power to love
gifted power to heal
soul streangth emerging helping me to spiral into the center of love.
may eye confidently shine and reflect the beauty eye see in others back by shining forth my light... confidently... soulfull... full of soul light...
From a place of calm strength, accepting in my right to exist may I lovingly shine forth so I can communicate resonate and be present to others beautiful soulfull AWH
