Burner Freak Show comes to town this Sunday, 2/23

Hey all, Some friends of mine are coming in from Austin with their traveling freak show! The show is called the 999 Eyes Freak Show and That Damned Band! I work DPW with three of the people in the show and I'm all about supporting them as they make their way around the country. They'll be playing at Safari Sam's in Hollywood on March 23rd (Sunday) at 7pm. So I was supposed to be out of town for the month of February on a job but on the night of the 23rd, while my roommates and I were innocently playing around in our living room spinning staves and dancing to some loud Johnny Cash, a pack of wild dogs got into our place and charged us. They were barking and every time they'd bark they'd shoot bees out of their mouths! I started roundhouse kicking them while spitting tacks out of my mouth, spearing bees like a machine gun. I got them all but one and when I roundhouse kicked the last one I connected wrong with my foot and broke my 5th metatarsal. Crap. Fucking dogs that shoot bees when they bark. So I have a broken foot. I can't go and do the job now... So... I'm going to StuperBowl with Charlie, Johnny Amerika and Tirzah. And anyone else who will be there (Yay Baddy!) We have had to change all of our plans around due to the painful lack of trains... everything is booked across the boards in a way we never saw coming. Sooooo... we're going to Venice tomorrow for three nights (3, 4 and 5) and then Siena on the 6th... We are also low on money due to very very expensive trains... Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also... as an incentive, we have fire tools and would love to do fire shows for gracious people with floor space for us. Please, if you know of anyone, pass this on to them and have them contact me here on tribe. Thank you! PS... Paris is beautiful, but cold... both in temperature and demeanor (sp?) But so beautiful... I need to pick the brain of someone with experience as a distributor. Are you one? Do you know someone who does this? Has the license, has done either a website or a store...? Any gentle shoves in the right direction would be very much appreciated. This is about distributing clothing. They make the stuff overseas and there's only one distributor of this product in LA that is not doing anything with the product. I see a niche market that has a lot of money that I know already loves the product but I don't know anything about this to figure out how to get the ball rolling or what direction to go in. Hey everyone, I'm going out to the playa this year from the 14th of Aug. through the 6th of Sept. and my corn snake needs attention while I'm gone! Is there anyone out there that is really comfortable with snakes and feeding snakes live mice that's not going to the playa? His name is Knot, he's about three feet long and is really active and inquisitive. He's in a thirty gallon tank that I can transport to your house. He needs to eat once every week or so. If this is not you but you know of someone who has snakes, I'm in desperate need. Any leads on a snake-sitter would be as appreciated as finding an actual sitter, so don't hesitate to contact me.
