adjusting to astro time

wow, it´s so incredibly beautiful here, the sand is so soft! Last night I experienced my first rain storm here, the first of many as we are entering the rainy season. The good news is the scorpions here can´t kill you, I´m told it´s like a cigarette burn. There are so many lovely people here. In about 5 days Miles and I start cooking for the public. I feel so lucky to have found this amazing partner.

Life Change

Well, I'm done with cooking school in NYC, it's time to get off my parents couch and on to other things. I asked for an adventure that included yoga and organic food and my prayers were answered. I'm leaving for Tulum, Mexico July 7th with another chef and new love to open a restaurant at Uno's Astro Lodge. I will be living in a tee-pee with no electricity, on the beach, cooking fabulous food! Yeah!
