Our Story
From the smoke and ashes of the last century comes a country rock legend for the people - Sweet Crude Bill! Walking tall among the billboards and high rises and freeways of the concrete-iron landscape, he brings a potent message of joy and rebirth at the end of the Age of Oil.

He comes driving hard, drenched in sweat, oil, and alcohol. He sings songs about energy, songs about power, songs about the blood pumping through the heart of the nation. The tunes stagger boldly between country, rockabilly, rock, calypso, and other beautiful styles of yearning.

Travelling with Bill along the shores and stations of this mighty nation - a merry band of wayward travellers - they call themselves "The Lighthouse Nautical Society". They shine a beacon for all lost souls who sail on the oceans of chaos.
