Moved from London,Uk to vancouver canada 14yrs ago.In London i started off spinning just for fun(18yrs) and it progressed to playing underground parties.At that time there was no psytrance genre,it was more of a mixture of trance,acid techno,house,etc.I watched the styles form into the early psytrance and that was it for me.Came to canada just to travel but loved it so much i stayed.In vancouver i found no psytrance scene and totaly panicked.I set off as i had in London to throw some parties.Genises was the first,and this was the
first psytrance party in Vancouver.This is where turn of events came to help shape Psytrance in Vancouver.There was litterally only a couple of people here who were in to psytrance.Chris schmidt(Phantasm) was one of them.He was doing his part for the psy and was starting to put on one off shows.With me doing the same it didn't take long for us to put our resources and love for psytrance togeather and started to push the Organix thing.14yrs later we're still doing it.With the weekly club night(13yrs) and numerous parties we're not laying down yet.With thousands of shows played with likes of infected mushroom,shakta,astral projection etc i'm still addicted with a wierd full on/nightpsy mixture which is garunteed to make you stomp your feet.Peace.
