DANCE CONDITIONING CLASS STARTS OCTOBER 5 2008

Bellydance specific fitness training with foam rollers, physio balls, tubing, and medicine balls!

Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, FCBD Instructor and troupemember Anita Lalwani has designed an 8 week program to develop the core strength, posture, and inner intelligence that will make you a better bellydancer!

This is a progressive 8-week course with 2 make up sessions. Classes will be held at the FCBD Studio (670 South Van Ness @ 18th) on Sunday mornings from 10 - 11:30am.

Session runs from October 5 through November 23.
Class Fee: $150 ($125 if you register before October 1, 2008)
