Hello all, my roomie and I are moving within the same building but 3 floors down, literally, it's ridiculous I know, but it must be done. I already have 1 very strong man, and a few girls, what I am looking for is another man or woman who can help with the moving of larger pieces or furniture. My apt is quite organized and not very cluttered, so the job won't be that big, but we need someone nonetheless. We are going to try to move all the little stuff out of the way hopefully the night before, but there will be some boxes to move as well. If you are willing to help the day is: Thursday May 1st, prob gonna get going around 10am. We can feed you and supply some beverages, I'm assuming beer always works well in a move. I was out to dinner last week and having a bit of a frustrating night, overwhelmed with life etc... My friend decided we should chant right there and then, saying it's good for us. Although I believed him and thought the idea was great, I was not about to start chanting in the middle of a restaurant. OK he agreed then "I will do it for you". As he chanted in my ear, I allowed the vibrations to penetrate through my body, I felt a calmness come over me and then I laughed at how silly we looked, but more so I laughed at how trivial it is to allow little things in life to get in the way of all the beauty and a delightful dinner. I happily ate my little heart away, went home and slept like a baby. thanx v So whenever you get the opportunity, chant, sing... and "Harmonize with the Universe" TRY IT, it feels sublime... Intuitive Guidance From Within Using Yourself As A Pendulum Learning to trust our intuition is something that can connect us with our higher selves. Sometimes it might not seem easy to do this. Our thoughts and minds often get in the way. But by accessing our innermost self, we will find that the information we receive is usually what we truly need at that moment. One of the techniques that allows us to really get in touch with our deepest font of wisdom is using our body as a pendulum. The simple act of letting our physical being lead us in a certain direction can offer us extremely deep insights and help us find the answers we seek. Many of us may have tried using a pendulum or crystal on a chain as a dousing tool to acquire the information we need to make decisions or even find lost objects. Using our bodies puts us much more closely in tune with our being. The process of using your body as a pendulum is to ask your higher self a question and wait for your body to respond in either a forward-tilting or backward-tilting motion. The first step is to really understand how our higher self communicates with us by centering our bodies, asking ourselves the directions for "yes" and "no," and noting which way our body moves. For a lot of people a forward motion is "yes," and your body tilting backward is a "no" answer. It is easier to start with simple questions at first to understand how our higher self communicates with us. As we become more used to the messages we receive and how we process them, we can start asking for more specific things such as what dosage of herbs to take or which foods would best nour! ish our bodies. Using this technique in the grocery store or when shopping for vitamins and remedies can be extremely helpful. Since we are always present in our bodies, understanding how we can use our bodies as pendulums is a tool we can use at any given moment in our lives. Letting our bodies tell us what is happening inside of us will in turn help to guide us through not just daily but also major life decisions. The more we allow our bodies to open up and share with us the connection it has with our deeper self, the better able we will be to truly access the knowledge we hold so deeply within. I rarely ever post this stuff, but this one made me laugh pretty hard, Hope it brings laughter to you night as well. baci ~m We were dressed and ready to go out for the New Years Eve Party. We turned on a night light, turned the answering machine on, covered our pet parakeet and put the cat in the backyard. We phoned the local cab company and requested a taxi. The taxi arrived and we opened the front door to leave the house. The cat we put out in the yard, scoots back into the house. We didn't want the cat shut in the house because she always tries to eat the bird. My wife goes out to the taxi, while I went inside to get the cat. The cat runs upstairs, with me in hot pursuit. Waiting in the cab, my wife doesn't want the driver to know that the house will be empty for the night. So, she explains! to the taxi driver that I will be out soon, 'He's just going upstairs to say Goodbye to my mother.' A few minutes later, I get into the cab. 'Sorry I took so long,' I said, as we drove away. That stupid bitch was hiding under the bed. I had to poke her with a coat hanger to get her to come out! She tried to take off, so I grabbed her by the neck. Then, I had to wrap her in a blanket to keep her from scratching me. But it worked! I hauled her fat ass downstairs and threw her out into the back yard!' The cab driver hit a parked car

They say that in life when one door closes another opens. My doors have been shut for a while now, mainly because I've chosen it to be that way. I've somewhat recently gone through some major transformations, emotionally and spiritually. I finally have allowed love (self love) and opportunity back into my life. I have opened myself up to the possibility that I am worthy of greatness. I fought these personal changes tooth and nail and in the process remained stagnant, but I finally decided to dip my feet into the water. It has been challenging but definately rewarding to see how the universe works and I’ve been fortunate to have some amazing and beautiful souls in my life to walk this path with me, growing together. Today something exceptional has happened to me, actually good things have been flowing splendidly for the last little while, but today I was blessed with an opportunity to have a better quality of life for myselef, a true blessing. An opportunity to travel and be of service yet still allow me to work on my spa business. :) I'm on top of the world knowing that all that is happening in my life right now is a direct reflection of who I am and what I truly believe I deserve.
