I was thumbing through the August 2008 edition of “Bon Appetit” and came across this recipe for a “Goombay Smash”, that sounded like the kind of yummy fruity cocktail that I would make, and knew it would be perfect for my next posting. So of course I would need to go to the magazine website and steal their great image. But first I decided to do a quick Google search for any other recipes for Goombay Smash and three hours later realized what a mistake that was.
