It seems like the month just started...of October, not November. It can't be November already.

We survived Halloween, and my eldest is actually growing up, and making great decisions. He has always had trouble with sugar (can't get enough of it, and can't handle it well-one can of soda can send him off the deep end in about 30 minutes). meetings and more meetings...that's all I seem to do these days.

At work this week, I have had at least 2 meetings a day, and that is just the formal ones. Then there are those imprompto meetings when one upper management person comes into my office, followed shortly by another, and they want to discuss something we have been talking about for the past 5 days, and they still don't understand why things are they way they are. Well...the good news was the van was fixed by Monday afternoon. And, it was not the transmission that needed to be replaced. It was a $30.75 part called a transmission speed sensor that needed to be replaced, with $250.00 labor.
