I've been slacking daily deeper into the pit of procrastination. In failing to regale whomever reads this in a timely manner, I encouraged the salient details of my anecdotes to ferment away, leaving too many mushy memories remaining to recount. Since the canvas that I color with my tales hasn't really increased (nor likely has your attention span), I'll attempt to paint the last three months with some broad brush strokes.

Each day I spend here inexplicably increases in greatness. I read somewhere that the lime in seashells can be used as a flocculant (something that makes sediment in water clump together and settle out faster), so I scrounged up some seashells and Servio hands me this oblong round stone that is perfectly suited to mashing little shells into powder. Right now the moon is Menguante, which basically means waning
from full to new. The middle seven days of the waning quarter is the
best time to do a whole lot of things, like planting, harvesting,
cutting wood, and cutting hair. So shaving the mop is on the agenda
for today.
