After going back and forth, I decided I wanted to persue becoming a hoop dance instructor for a few reasons. First, it is so danged fun that I want to share that joy with others! Today I went through some old boxes of mine, in an attempt to get rid of the excess, of that which I don't need to carry forward with me. The boxes were filled with pictures, journals, & memories. I got to take a trip up to Alaska for 10 days in August, to visit with my family. Fairbanks is the town, and just before we got there, it had been raining for straight 3 weeks! Flooding & damage resulted for 300+ homes in the area! :-( Thankfully, my parents' & siblings' places were safe. I wore red, white, and blue and put "Hooping for peace" on my back. My sweetie (who transported the music) wore a similar peace shirt too. So today is the 6th day of my 7 day cleanse, the Polarity cleansing diet and I feel Amazing!! I first did this in my Polarity Therapy class (an energetic bodywork) 8 years ago. I feel lighter, straighter, more pure, more clarity, and more my Self!
