Wow it's been forever. I need to sign on here more often. It's been a great year so far though. Well sort of. A lot of it has been great with one really bad thing thrown in there. Such is life though. And there's nothing I can do about it so I am just continuing on. Any who, I'm really looking forward to Pennsic this year. Unsure if I can afford it yet and I don't have a camp yet so I'm unsure where I'm even camping. Gypsy Mayhem has room for me but just me. So we'll see. I have two friends who already attend Pennsic but would like to camp with me. Eh..who knows. I guess we'll see. I don't even have a tent and money is tight. My dad killed himself in March so I haven't had much energy to get up and bust my ass. Well that's not true...I've been busting my ass in order to keep my mind off of it...I went to work the day he died because I knew I'd rather do what I love then sit at home and cry. Though now I think perhaps I should let myself cry over it since I'm not even close to being over it. I cried when I found out and cried maybe once since then. I feel like I'm about to explode. Makes sense though. Either way I haven't been making much money since then. I've had to put my move to Brooklyn on hold too. I can't be upset about it. Things happen and now it's more important and financially smart to stay here. So I will be moving into a new apartment in my favorite neighborhood on June 1st. I'm currently staying with a friend in this gorgeous loft but I need to be in the city. I need to engulf myself 110% into my career. My father was a very hard worker and that is one thing I want to take from him. Even if I hate a lot of what he did he was an amazing detective...and growing up a great father to me. But only me. I found out I have a brother who's my age that he never bothered to see but my brother kept up with my fathers life! And he grew up in the same neighborhood, went to the same school, hung out at the same places, etc. My dad had families all over the place. I found out about a sister too. My dad was busy cheating on my mom and all the wives before and after her.

Any who, onto better things....if any of you know of a camp who has room that isn't the swamp or serengheti please let me know. I may have 2 or 3 people interested as well. We're all hard workers so we will definitely pull our weight plus around the camp. Though I'm not entirely opposed to camping alone either. The other people looking for a camp have one but would prefer to camp with me. We used to camp together at Estrella so we're kind of excited to spend this war together. And of course I'd prefer a party camp as opposed to some stuffy royal encampment...no offense. =) I do plan on working this war because I think that will be the only way I can afford it so I won't even be in the way. =) But I just want to go. And after some of the bad that has happened I want to treat myself this summer! Thank you in advance for anyones help. Also, if anyone knows of someone selling a tent or any camping stuff let me know too. I have to start all over again. All I have is garb and a few small things. Unless I can camp in someone's tent. ;) Hah. I'm kidding..though I could bring my own bed. Well we'll see. I wanted to start planning this back in March but well that plan kind of went astray. It happens!
