BURNING MAN RV TRIP (roundtrip ticket from Chicago to Nevada) 2009

Soo here is the deal.. I am planning a trip to Burning Man.. I am renting an RV and am looking for people to join in and take a ride with me across the US! I calculated everything out and it will only cost us $300 per person! Included in that $300 is

-Roundtrip ride from Chicago, IL to Black Rock City, Nevada
-A Place to Stay, Camp, Sleep, Shower, Shit, Cook/Eat, etc.. (a reliable place to be housed for the week)
-Gas is Included
-We get 5hrs a day to use our generator (air conditioning, water, washroom, etc..)

So yeah if you want to go to Burning Man and need a SAFE & SECURE ride and a place to stay then this is definatly your ticket to Buring man Heaven!

RV RENTAL DETAILS

Coachmen Leprechaun 2003 31' 17mpg

Weekly Rental: $1200

Daily Rental: $200

Reservation Deposit: Minimum $500 or 1/2 of the rental estimate whichever is greater.

Security Deposit: Minimum $1000 *Refunded appox within 4 days after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented. Additional Awning security deposit.

Insurance Fee: $20 Per Day plus admin fee (Or Binder Furnished From Your Insurance Company)

Generator Charge: 5 hours per day free and then $3 per hour


Mileage Charge: .36 per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented.

1871 miles from Chicago to Burningman 1day & 5hrs

3742 miles there and back (roundtrip)

700 miles free

3042 miles to pay at .36 cents per mile = $1095


rental = $1200
extra miles = $1095
total = $2295

Gas will cost = $660


TOTAL FOR EVERYTHING = $2955 *NOT INCLUDING TAX (if there even is tax since it is a private rental)




+ the $1000 (refundable) deposit.. IT WILL BE $400 PER PERSON

MORE INFO ON THE RV

Rv is a 2003 coachmen Leprechaun, 31 foot with slide out and full amenities including full kitchen with microhood, three burner stone and refrigerator, walk in shower and central air/heat. Very powerful V10 gas engine that you'll appreciate on those hilly ares in this beautiful midwest part of the country.Coach easily sleeps 8 people. Master bedroom with queen size bed and dining room table which seats four adults.Coach is wired for cable for those campsites that provide that feature.
