I have a huge and tender heart so i love deeply but i also feel the suffering of the world and it sometimes gets me down - my inner work is be compassionate but stay light and lifted.
the Ocean is my deepest muse - I love to sing and create alone and with others. If the ocean is my lifeblood, than music is my lymph!
I used to be afraid to sing in front of people but that holding back made me un-well and caused a massive tumor to grow in my creative center (womb). Now the tumor is gone and I sing my fuckin' heart out and i don't care what anyone thinks of it...
One time, on an earnest mermaid adventure, a massive mama humpback whale came up under me and picked me up - i'm not joking. It was a life-defining experience -- the big things help me appreciate the little things.
I need to be in nature alot or I start to wilt and die.
I love to dance, hike, surf, swim, moon-gaze, hot-spring, yogatate, laugh, eat and cook kind, organic grinds, gather with the tribe, and plot the fall of Babylon...
