I'm happy.

I've got a spot at Desert Dance Festival! September 22nd, 8.5 minutes to spin around and look pretty. Do you have any idea how stoked I am?!

But I need to make armbands for the mermaid skirt I own; there's a top that goes with it, which I would never wear as-is. It must be taken apart.
I don't know how I should embelish the outfit. I could wear gold OR silver with it, and how stunning either would be! So I'm unsure of what to put on the skirt and accessories, besides more blue. (Oh, wait, that's what I should do. Sequins to match the make-up I wear with it. Okay. So where will I obtain azzuro sequins? Michaels. Mkay, I must amke a trip to Michael's this week.)

I just need to make more skirts. I haven't had a trip of my own to the fabric store in Sac - I don't even have the material to start a new skirt. Not yet, anyway. Uh... "Skirts? Why do you need more?" Gigs around here. I have a feeling that God will give me exactly what I asked for (see blog called "I feel like"), so I must prepare myself. Simple.

Anyhoo. DDF. Dunno what I'll dance to just yet, but I'm betting on a section of "Layali al Sharq" and a drum solo. Or something. It'll be fun, you'll see. (If you're there.)
