My sister lives in NOLA...
...she took this opportunity to take a nice long weekend trip to Memphis.

History is filled with cities that were abandoned in the wake of massive natural disasters. You would think the population of a city below sea level would have seen the writing on the wall in 2005. While I hope they're spared, if they do get hit I hope they're smart enough to learn not to rebuild.
