It is one way of working my Dharma to help others be full actualized in their Erotic Selves.
TIP #1- On Kissing...
Part A- Sensitivity: An excellent way to incrase the subtle, sensitive end of your kissing range is to find a delicate flower and make out with it. Never mind that people might stare at you in the park or that you might unwittingly ignight an orgy at a garden party, just be present with the flower and focus on being extra sensitive.

Part B - Switching Gears: An extremely sensual aspect of kissing that is often overlooked is the various levels of intensity, speed, force and energy that one puts into their kissing. After all you are technically INSIDE someone when frenching, which is held for some reason as far less intimate than genital intercourse (a disctiction I can't quite buy into personally) and what you do while you are inside them can have great impact on their energy field.
Thus, The Captain suggests you check in with your bad self and see if you can find your gear shift for any of those kissing modalities mentioned above:
Intensity - ie How HARD you are moving your tongue
Speed- how quickly you are moving your tongue
Force- How much you are pushing into their face with your face
Energy- what sort of energy is your fifth chakra projecting into their fifth chakra
When you find the gearshift for each of these things, you open up a whole variety of choices that you can mix up like any good DJ. Build a slow backbeat with your tongue and then bump it up a notch to something a little more frisky. Downshift a little back to ricosuave, remembring your kiss with the Iris in the park... then accelerate up to the top and hang in high gear for awhile...but not TOO long..
Kissing gears by the way do not need to go through each other like car gears...You can go from 1st to 8th gear in an instant and drop back down (a personal fave) back to 2nd in a heartbeat.
BE a virtuoso/a in someones mouth!

Dance Lightly In The Hearts Of Others:
Captain Erotica suggests that no matter whom you are in relationship with, no matter what sort of style of relationship you practice, from the most monogamous couple, through a housefull of orgiastic neo-pagan pod-family freaks, dance lightly in the hearts of those with whom you share your selves.
How do we dance lightly?
By bearing in mind the transience of all things. The buddha demonstrated that the nature of reality is illusory due to the obvious fact that everything is constantly in a state of flux. No thing can maintain itself in the onslaught of times forward motion.
If we hold our partners or playmates as REAL or CONSTANT in their being, then we are instanty serving our own delusions with a good helping of suffering to devour with our worries.
If we DANCE with our lovers, partners, spouses, friends with benefits, then we are always in a DYNAMIC state of being that allows for both parties to enjoy their own growth within the paradigm of the structure of their relationship.
Dancing with someone takes an awareness of both your own movement as well as your parnters. Group dancing is more complicated but also can achieve states that just a couple cannot. Switching dance partners alot has is own attendant benefits and challenges. You learn more, but your feet get stepped on more frequently too.
Here are a few relationship "dance rehearsal" suggestion from this end of the universe.
-Be clear about your needs and boundaries.
(Upgrade them as often as need be)
-Stay aware of how your playmates are growing.
-Do something different today, just utterly different
-Write down three things you think you are growing into and three things your partner(s) are growing into.. find symbiosis where applicable
-Go Dancing at an improv dance jam and watch how you move together and with others in a non-erotic physical touching activity
Truly ALL erotic and sensual experiences serve to help us with our growth, from the most deep connected loving intertwinings to the cheepest hottest fuck. They all tell us something about ourselves and aid us in that journey of Self Awarness.
We are each part of the devine. Our main job is to be ourselves FULLY. PLAY~FULLY (please)
But as you Play~Fully, Dance Lightly in the fields of your playmates energy, be concious of how you impact their world.
Remember,, dancing gets you high.
Sitting on the sidelines gives you a sore ass.
