A bicycle safety product, the BikeGlowTM Safety Light illuminates the entire bike frame at dawn, dusk, or night, dramatically increasing the visibility of the rider, specifically from the side. Running on 2 AA batteries, the battery pack attaches to the seat post, and the BikeGlowTM Safety Lights securely wraps around the frame. When riding in less than optimal lighting, rider pushes on button on the battery pack and frame light is on.
Unlike the standard headlight and rear red light, BikeGlowTM enhances visibility from the side. (70% of incidents of cars hitting bikes are related to the driver not seeing the bike from the side.) Additionally, by lighting the frame as a whole BikeGlow provides instant recognition of the bike as a vehicle, commanding respect on the road.
BikeGlowTM is available in 8 standard colors and comes in single units, with a rechargeable battery pack and battery charger option available through the website. 100 hours of life on 2 AA batteries. Quality spot tested for over 500 hours of continuous lighting and use.
